Fatima Mukhomedzhan, a member of the expert council of the competitions of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, expressed her opinion: “Projects that receive support from the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives <...> are focused on changing the lives of people in Russian cities for the better, creating conditions for the accessibility of culture the broad masses. <...> The winners of the competition are people with burning eyes, and I am sure that grant support will help to bring to life the most relevant cultural and creative initiatives dictated by the challenges of the times. After reviewing the list of projects that received high scores, I can say that really worthy initiatives will receive state support, many of which will be able to become a center of attraction for residents of cities and towns.”
